Cell service can be limited depending on provider.

Wi-Fi is available in the main lodge.

Reservation Terms

To confirm your reservation:

25% of the total reservation cost is due at the time of booking.
An additional 25% of the reservation balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
The remaining 50% is due at checkout.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival: Payments received may be applied as a credit toward a future stay within the next calendar year. Credits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 60–89 days before arrival: Payments made are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future stay within the next calendar year, at the lodge's discretion.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival: All payments are non-refundable and the full amount is due.
If Attean Lake Lodge is able to rebook the cabin for the same dates, a credit may be issued at management's discretion, less any applicable administrative fees.

Maintenance Fee

A 5% maintenance fee is added to your reservation total.

This fee helps support:

Dock and boat upkeep
Cabin repairs and improvements
Trail maintenance
Island infrastructure
Guest transportation systems

It allows us to preserve the unique experience of staying on a private island lodge.

Gratuities

A 10% dining gratuity is added to your final bill and distributed directly to our waitstaff.

If you wish to recognize additional team members such as housekeeping, kitchen staff, maintenance, or boat crew, cash tips are always appreciated.

Arrival & Boat Transportation

When you arrive at our mainland landing, a member of our staff will be there to welcome you. If no one is present when you arrive, simply use the call box located at the landing to radio the lodge, and we'll be right over.

Our team will assist with loading your luggage and transport you by boat across beautiful Attean Lake to the island.
