Booking Deposit:

Upon booking, your card will be charged a $500 deposit.

This deposit is non-refundable.

 

90 Days Before Reservation Start Date:

Your card will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.

This charge is non-refundable.

 

Upon Checkout:

The remaining balance is due by personal check, including the 5% maintenance fee added to the total reservation cost.

The 5% maintenance fee:

At Attean Lake Lodge, we take great pride in preserving the natural beauty and rustic charm of our island getaway. The 5% maintenance fee helps us continue to provide a high-quality experience by covering essential upkeep, including:

• Dock and boat maintenance for guest transportation

• Cabin repairs and improvements

• Trail upkeep

• General facility maintenance to ensure a comfortable stay

This fee allows us to maintain the lodge’s unique off-grid experience while keeping nightly rates as affordable as possible. We appreciate your support in helping us care for this special place!

Cancellation 60 Days Before Reservation Start Date:

If you cancel at least 60 days before the reservation start date, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost, including the 5% maintenance fee.

This means if you cancel within 60 days of the reservation start date, you will not receive any refund and will be liable for paying the full reservation amount.

Summary:

• Deposit: $500 upon booking (non-refundable).

• 90 Days Before: 50% of total reservation cost + 5% maintenance fee (non-refundable).

• 60 Days Before: 100% of total reservation cost + 5% maintenance fee (non-refundable).

 

Due to our exceptional location, cancellations have a significant impact on us. Our guests typically reserve their spots with us a year or two in advance to ensure availability and prepare for their travels, so last-minute bookings are very rare for us.

 

Rates are subject to change. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay.

 

 

Payment:

Josie or Barrett will process your payment with you at the end of your stay. Payment by check is required.

Please note: Lunch is NOT included on arrival day but is included to-go on checkout day.

 

 

We do provide cots and pack and plays on request.

 

Smoking Policy: Property is completely non-smoking.

 

Parking: You will drive to the end of the Attean Road and park your car at Attean Landing.

 

Boat Shuttle: Once you arrive at our boat landing, give us a call and we will head down the lake in one of our boats.

 

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping will be provided during your stay unless you say otherwise.

 

Pets: No pets allowed at this time.
