The cancellation policy for Attean Lake Lodge:

1. Booking Deposit: Upon booking, your card will be charged a $500 deposit.

   • This deposit is non-refundable.

2. 90 Days Before Reservation Start Date: Your card will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.

   • This charge is non-refundable.

3. Upon Checkout: The remaining balance is due by personal check.

4. Cancellation 60 Days Before Reservation Start Date: If you cancel at least 60 days before the reservation start date, you will be charged 100% of the reservation balance.

   • This means if you cancel within 60 days of the reservation start date, you will not receive any refund and will be liable for paying the full reservation amount.

Summary:

• Deposit: $500 upon booking (non-refundable).

• 90 Days Before: 50% of total reservation cost (non-refundable).

• 60 Days Before: 100% of total reservation cost (non-refundable).

Due to our exceptional location, cancellations have a significant impact on us. Our guests typically reserve their spots with us a year or two in advance to ensure availability and prepare for their travels so last minute bookings are very rare for us. 

 

Rates are subject to change.
Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay.

 

Payment

Josie or Barrett will process your payment with you at the end of your stay. Payment by check is required.

 

Check-In Time – 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm | Check-Out Time- 10:00 am | 
 
We do provide cots and pack and plays on request.

Smoking Policy:
Property is completely non-smoking.

​

Parking:
You will drive to the end of the Attean Road and park your car at Attean Landing.

 

Boat Shuttle:
Once you arrive at our boat landing, give us a call and we will head down the lake in one of our boats.

Please note: Lunch is NOT included on arrival day. 

 

Housekeeping:
Daily housekeeping will be provided during your stay unless you say otherwise.  

 

Pets:
No pets allowed at this time.
