Booking Deposit:

Upon booking, your card will be charged a $500 deposit.

This deposit is non-refundable.

 

90 Days Before Reservation Start Date:

Your card will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.

This charge is non-refundable.

 

Upon Checkout:

The remaining balance is due by personal check, including the 15% service fee added to the total reservation cost.

 

 

The 15% service fee is an additional charge applied to help cover costs associated with providing quality service during your stay. This fee supports tipping staff, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their hard work and dedication. It also contributes to other operational expenses that enhance your overall experience at Attean Lake Lodge, such as housekeeping and guest services. By including this fee, we aim to maintain high standards of service and hospitality for all our guests.

 

 

Cancellation 60 Days Before Reservation Start Date:

If you cancel at least 60 days before the reservation start date, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost, including the 15% service fee.

This means if you cancel within 60 days of the reservation start date, you will not receive any refund and will be liable for paying the full reservation amount.

Summary:

• Deposit: $500 upon booking (non-refundable).

• 90 Days Before: 50% of total reservation cost + 15% service fee (non-refundable).

• 60 Days Before: 100% of total reservation cost + 15% service fee (non-refundable).

 

Due to our exceptional location, cancellations have a significant impact on us. Our guests typically reserve their spots with us a year or two in advance to ensure availability and prepare for their travels, so last-minute bookings are very rare for us.

 

Rates are subject to change. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay.

 

 

Payment:

Josie or Barrett will process your payment with you at the end of your stay. Payment by check is required.

Please note: Lunch is NOT included on arrival day but is included to-go on checkout day.

 

 

We do provide cots and pack and plays on request.

 

Smoking Policy: Property is completely non-smoking.

 

Parking: You will drive to the end of the Attean Road and park your car at Attean Landing.

 

Boat Shuttle: Once you arrive at our boat landing, give us a call and we will head down the lake in one of our boats.

 

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping will be provided during your stay unless you say otherwise.

 

Pets: No pets allowed at this time.
