A credit card is required to book a reservation. A deposit will be charged to your credit card.

Guarantee Policy

A deposit of $500 USD will be charged at the time of booking. Unless you are booking three or more cabins, then we would require a deposit of 50%.

Cancel Policy

Cancellations up to 90 days can transfer their $500 deposit to another stay within the calendar year. Cancellations received within 90 days of arrival are subject to 50% penalty + tax. Cancellations received within 60 days of arrival, no shows, or early departures are subject to 100% penalty + tax. The credit card input received upon booking will be charged unless otherwise in communicated.

Due to our exceptional location, cancellations have a significant impact on us. Our guests typically reserve their spots with us a year or two in advance to ensure availability and prepare for their travels so last minute bookings are very rare for us.

Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay.

Payment

Josie or Barrett will process your payment with you at the end of your stay. IMPORTANT: While we do accept credit cards, cash or personal checks are preferred. All credit card charges at checkout will be charged a 4% processing fee.

Check-In Time – 12:00 pm | Check-Out Time- 10:00 am | 
 

We do provide cots and pack and plays on request.

 

Smoking Policy:

Property is completely non-smoking.

 

Parking:

You will drive to the end of the Attean Road and park your car at Attean Landing.

 

Boat Shuttle:

Once you arrive at our boat landing, give us a call and we will head down the lake in one of our boats.

 

Arrival:

Please arrive between 12-4 p.m. 

If you are arriving later, please let us know in advance! Dinner is included and we don't want you to miss it! Please note: Lunch is NOT included on arrival day. 

 

Housekeeping:

Daily housekeeping will be provided during your stay unless you say otherwise.
